Concern for woman who disappeared in Central West 6 years ago

CENTRAL WEST, NSW, Australia – Police have ramped up their search for a 38-year old woman who disappeared in the `Central West more than 6 years ago.

Paula-Lee Denton, also known as Paula-Lee Miniter, has not been seen since late 2013. She would now be 44 years old.

At 2:00pm on Wednesday afternoon an appeal was made at Mudgee Police Station for information on the missing woman.

Detective Chief Inspector Denise Godden, the Crime Manager at the Orana Mid-Western Police District has made the appeal for information, confirming that the woman’s disappearance is now being treated as suspicious.

Paula-Lee was known to live in the Mudgee, Hargraves and Gulgong areas. When she disappeared in late 2013 she was estranged from her family, and was not formally reported missing until four years later, in October 2017.

Anyone with information on the woman that would assist in establishing her whereabouts, or the circumstances surrounding her disappearance is asked to make contact with Mudgee Police.

Officers attached to Orana Mid-Western Police District established Strike Force Reye to investigate the circumstances surrounding Paula-Lee’s disappearance, which is now being treated as suspicious.
