BATHURST, Central West, NSW, Australia – Officers from the Central West Police District are investigating a single-vehicle crash which claimed the life of a man, a little over 200 kilometres northwest of Bathurst on Friday.

Police say a man in his 40s was driving a Holden Commodore on The Bogan Way, at Tullamore, a town with a population of 210, in the Parkes Shire on Friday when he lost control of the car just before 7:30am.

The car left the road and crashed. It is believed the driver of the Holden Commodore was killed instantly..

The Central West Police District has called on any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage of the incident to come forward.
