Katoomba celebration for Naidoc Week

Stalls, food , entertainment and children’s activities were the highlights of a festival held on Saturday at The Gully in Katoomba.

It was the Blue Mountains way of celebrating what is one of the most important events on the calendar of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples community, Naidoc Week.

Naidoc Week is held in Australia every year in July and is supported with events and festivals throughout the country.
