SPRINGWOOD, Blue Mountains, NSW, Australia – A man reported missing from Springwood in the New South Wales Blue Mountains has been located safe and well.

The 45-year-old man was last seen at Kiama on Thursday (21 May 2020) and was reporting missing to police in the Blue Mountains when he failed to make contact with family after a camping trip.

Following inquiries, the man returned home and contacted Blue Mountains Police Area Command before midday on Wednesday.

Police issued a statement thanking the media and community for their assistance.
